About Company
A Square Designs is a Kolkata-based luxury interior design studio established in 1999 by renowned interior design consultant Ajay Arya. The firm specializes in creating bespoke residential and commercial interiors that are timeless, elegant, and highly personalized. Rather than following predefined design styles or short-lived trends, A Square Designs focuses on understanding each client's lifestyle, aspirations, and functional requirements to create spaces that are both aesthetically refined and practical. The studio is recognized for its meticulous attention to detail, sophisticated material selection, and seamless integration of architecture, interiors, furniture, lighting, and décor.
The company provides complete interior design and turnkey execution services, including luxury home interiors, apartment interiors, villas, offices, hospitality spaces, retail environments, space planning, bespoke furniture design, lighting design, material specification, project coordination, and complete execution. Every project is managed from concept development through planning, detailed design, procurement, site supervision, and final styling to ensure exceptional quality and flawless execution.
Founded by Ajay Arya, whose work has earned national recognition—including being featured in the Forbes India Luxury League Top 30 Architects & Designers (2024)—the studio has completed projects for leading industrialists, professionals, and corporate organizations across India. The firm's philosophy is that successful interior design should create meaningful relationships between people and spaces while balancing functionality with timeless aesthetics.
With more than two decades of experience, A Square Designs continues to deliver premium interiors distinguished by craftsmanship, innovation, and personalized design solutions, making it one of Kolkata's leading luxury interior design studios.
